Embodied Presence with Nicole Cronin

October 12-14, 2018 - A weekend retreat for body, mind & soul

Join us as we slow down, move attention inward and experience new ways of moving from center.  Meals times are an opportunity for outward connection and fun!

Nicole's passion for personal growth and overall wellness will manifest as an opportunity for participants to move, reflect & share.

A series of thoughtfully sequenced Vinyasa and Hatha flows will range from sweaty and invigorating, to deeply nourishing.

You will leave the weekend feeling uplifted and recharged.

"Wherever you stand, be the soul of that place" - Rumi

Your Chef

Lauren Rose

My name is Lauren Rose and I am passionate about all things food and wine. I spend my days working as a private chef, sommelier, and cheesemonger in Northern California. I specialize in seasonal, Mediterranean faire with my own millennial twist. Having worked in the wine industry for the last five years as an Italian wine importer, sommelier, and educator, I have learned that wine is subjective. I believe every meal should be celebrated and wine should be approachable. I create dishes and wine pairings my way, which isn't always by the book. I host weekly pop up dinners and classes all over Northern California- stay in the loop and grab a seat at my next one here - www.lomade.co/

About Nicole Cronin

Nicole fell deeply in love with yoga in 2007 when she began a regular Ashtanga Vinyasa practice at It’s Yoga in San Francisco. Larry Schultz, Founder of Rocket Yoga, led classes that encouraged his students to “get ready for take off, and…fly!" "Flying" is exactly how Nicole feels when practicing yoga. Nicole strives to lead a class which nourishes the soul, invigorates the body and calms the mind. Combining asana practice with a commitment to the inner spiritual journey is the foundation of her classes. nicolecroninyoga.com
