Join Amy to slow down, move attention inward, cultivate gratitude and tune into the bodies innate wisdom all surrounded by a cozy farmhouse, sprawling lawns, swimming pond, beach, and fireplaces.
Amy's passion for personal growth and overall wellness will manifest as an opportunity for participants to move, reflect, and share. A series of thoughtfully sequenced Hatha flows will range from sweaty and invigorating, to deeply nourishing. You will leave the weekend feeling uplifted and recharged.
The Farm hosts small to medium sized groups devoted to deepening their yoga practice, healthy eating, and relaxation. Organic meals prepared by professional chef Giovanna Garcia. Meal times are an opportunity for outward connection and fun.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Yoga, meditation, journaling, farm tour and meal time will provide a loose structure for the weekend, leaving plenty of time to connect and enjoy The Farm. For those wishing to explore this part of the delta, consider brining your bicycle to ride around the island. Visit Bogle Winery on the neighboring island. Check out Locke, the last standing Chinese settlement built in the late 19th century. Or simply walk the fields.

About Amy Naber
Amy is the founder of San Francisco's Breathe with Amy Naber and has been teaching yoga for 20 years—it is her greatest joy! Amy's holistic mind-body philosophy combines the benefits of several fields. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Certified Hypnotherapist (A.C.H.E.) and also has 20 years of experience as a health and wellness coach, integrating her passion for optimal health, spirituality, and emotional wellbeing in private in-person and online sessions and group classes. She has designed comprehensive health and wellness solutions for clients in California, New York, Hawaii, and Colorado. Using her unique background to help clients improve their health and wellbeing to achieve personal goals, Amy's private practice spans more than 10 years with seminal Bay Area facilities such as Collective Health, Alta Mira Recovery Center, Sequoias San Francisco, Yoga Tree, Union Yoga, and The Pad Studios. With more than 700 hours of yoga education and training and a certification from the Yoga Alliance, Amy is a Registered Yoga Teacher who works adults, children, and families as well as senior practitioners and pregnant and postpartum women. Amy also holds a certificate as Personal Trainer through the 300-hour program with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (A.F.A.A.)
