Weekend Getaway: Yoga on The Farm

Sometimes you just need to get away! Join us at The Farm Grand Island for a long-weekend of rejuvenating yoga and farm to table eating, just 1.5 hours east of San Francisco.
We will refuel mind, body and soul with Vinyasa and Gentle yoga practices, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, and nourishing communal farm-to-table meals. Explore what fuels you and let go of what you no longer need.
This is a private retreat so we'll have the entire Farm to ourselves! The property boasts an old-world farmhouse for sleeping, expansive lawns, and two dedicated practice spaces. The yoga practices, designed to help you connect with your radiant Self, will be held on either the covered lakeside outdoor platform or the fireside indoor space. The meals will be curated by a private chef, passionate about local and seasonal fare.
The intention is to leave feeling relaxed, more spacious, and better able to share your unique light with the world around you!
All levels and all bodies welcome.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Yoga, meditation, journaling, farm tour and meal time will provide a loose structure for the weekend, leaving plenty of time to connect and enjoy The Farm. For those wishing to explore this part of the delta, consider brining your bicycle to ride around the island. Visit Bogle Winery on the neighboring island. Check out Locke, the last standing Chinese settlement built in the late 19th century. Or simply walk the fields.

Anne began her journey with yoga and meditation in 2008. After relocating from New York City to San Francisco in 2012, she decided to share her passion for yoga with others. About Stephanie Zolna
Stephanie, a long-time competitive athlete, began practicing yoga as a way to increase flexibility and prevent injury. Yoga has since become an indelible addition to her every day, and she hopes to share her passion for yoga and the positive effects it can bring to life and the community. Stephanie's goal as a teacher is to hold a space for students to find liberation; providing guidance in asana, mediation and pranayama to invigorate the body and quiet the mind. Her teaching incorporates intuitive hands-on assistance and intelligent sequencing, driven by her passion for helping student’s deepen their practice and find space in poses not otherwise attainable.
